One of the mottos of dentistry has always been "education beyond public expectation." To me this means more than just classroom learning. The classroom sets the foundation for a lifetime of education. Each patient is different and contributes to the education process. Through effective communication, I want to educate each of my patients on what to expect while in my care. This is not only a motto to me, but a lifelong endeavor.
One of the biggest challenges dentists face is to help patients overcome their fear of pain. Too often patients put off needed dental care because of this fear. I am dedicated to giving my patients a pain free experience through effective pain control.
Participation in professional organizations enables dentists to grow through intellectual exchange. By sharing ideas and techniques we are able to provide better overall dentistry.
